**數位證件使用說明說明檔案將於  全校綜合服務管理系統 持續更新**

In order to provide a convenient and secure identity verification service for all NCU members , E-ID Service will officially launch on Tuesday, July 1, 2025. Details of the service are outlined below:

1.  服務櫃台 (iNCU)

可登入 Portal 的教職員生、校友，至「基本資料與權限 > 數位證件」產製限時之數位證件，請將您的行動裝置(手機或平版)亮度調至最高，以利驗證或介接本服務的系統可快速辨識 QR Code。

Staff, students, and alumni who have access to the NCU Portal may navigate to "Personal > Electronic Identification" to generate a time-limited E-ID. For optimal verification, please ensure the brightness of your mobile device (smartphone or tablet) is set to maximum for quick and accurate scanning of the QR Code.

2.  全校綜合服務管理系統 (NcuSys)

教職員、學生社團組織負責人，至「 校務服務專區 > 數位證件管理 > 數位證件驗證」，驗證「數位證件 QR Code」及「實體卡片」：

• 數位證件：透過條碼機、手機鏡頭、外接鏡頭等，驗證數位證件產製之QR Code是否有效，並顯示人員之概略資料。
• 實體卡片：透過 NFC 讀取機，確認出示之實體卡片確係本人。

Staff and student organization representatives may navigate to "School Service Zone > E-ID Zone > E-ID Authentication" ,to verify either a QR code of E-ID or physical ID card.

• E-ID: Use a barcode scanner, smartphone camera, or external camera to validate the QR code. Upon successful verification, the ID holder’s basic profile information will be displayed.
• ID Card: Use an NFC reader to confirm the cardholder’s identity through the physical ID card.

3.  本校系統介接數位證件驗證 (NCU System Integration with the E-ID Verification Service)

本校系統不論係委外開發、委託電算中心開發或自行開發，均可於說明會後備妥相關業務流程洽詢電算中心，以利進一步討論。

All NCU systems—whether developed externally, by the Computer Center, or internally—may provide their business processes to the Computer Center for further discussion    after the information session, to facilitate potential integration with the E-ID verification service.
